Dividend Policy:

In accordance with the Company Act and the Company's Articles of Incorporation, the Company's dividend policy is established based on its long-term capital planning to achieve sustainable operations and stable growth while maintaining a sound capital adequacy ratio. The Company adopts a balanced dividend policy. Dividends may be distributed in the form of cash or stock, subject to the Company's operating performance and funding requirements as determined by the Board of Directors. However, cash dividends shall not be less than 10% of the total dividends distributed for the current year.
